Reservations & Check In
- All reservations require a Visa or Mastercard.
- In accordance with fire and safety rules and regulations we require one piece of personal identification upon check in.
- Front desk reservation hours are 8:00am – 12:00am
- Check-in: after 3:00pm (If arriving late please let us know.)
- Check-out: by 11:00am
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for short-term reservations (less then 1 week) must be received within 72hrs prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your credit card of the full price of the room for one night as well as the applicable taxes.
Cancellations for long-term reservations (1 week or more) must be received within 7 days prior to arrival on order to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your credit card of the full price of the room for two nights as well as the applicable taxes.
Special policies apply to cancellations of group and / or very long term reservations.
